There may be a caching issue; learn about <a href=\"..\/troubleshooting\/cache-clearing\/\">clearing cache.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WordPress Toolbar not appearing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you know you\u2019re signed it to the site but the black bar does not appear at the top of the page, do a&nbsp;<strong>hard refresh<\/strong>&nbsp;of your browser. On a Mac, that\u2019s Command-Shift-R. On a PC, Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
