Set the form’s theme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The theme needs to be set for each form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the form builder screen, select the paint roller icon from the right side to enter the “Form Designer”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Import an existing form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To import a form, you will need the URL for the form preview. Navigate to the Formidable Forms form list in the existing website and either select “Preview” from the form options in the list or click the “Preview” button in the form builder to generate a preview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copy the URL generated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Jotform interface, go to Create a Form<\/strong> > Import Form<\/strong> > From a Web Page<\/strong> and paste the preview URL in the Enter URL<\/strong> field. Click the blue Create Form<\/strong> button. This <\/p>\n\n\n\n

User access to Jotform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Users who need access to Jotform forms or data should request a license from IT via ServiceNow<\/a>. (There is no cost to the license, despite the need for approval in the ServiceNow system.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
