The Event Hub is managed through the Event Management System within SA Tools.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>WordPress and SA tools work in tandem with one another, so changes to an event on the Event Hub is synchronized across all WordPress sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to upload an event<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All events are uploaded and managed via SA tools. Event feeds can be set up based on a variety of filters, including: department, categories and audiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to set up a feed:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Open SA tools and navigate to <strong>Event Hub Manager<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the left navigation bar and select <strong>Feed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>New<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the applicable text boxes to customize which events are captured under your feed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to integrate a feed on a website:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Navigate to SA tools &#8212; Event Hub Manager &#8212; Feeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the feed you would like to integrate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>WordPress embed <\/strong>on the top right<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the &#8220;copy embed code&#8221; symbol on the top right<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the WordPress site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Block Inserter<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Custom HTML<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paste the embed code in the HTML block<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Save<\/strong> the page<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Featured event<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Featured Event Block is available within WordPress to highlight specific upcoming events on your departments homepage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to add a Featured Event Block:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Navigate to the Block Inserter section by selecting the blue <strong>&#8220;+&#8221; button <\/strong>on the top left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select &#8220;<strong>Featured Event\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the right sidebar, add the event name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the right sidebar, add the event URL.
