The goal of the Our Commitment page is to highlight and illustrate WashU’s areas of focus for their impact.
Commitments
At launch, there are three commitment sections. Each provides a name and description of the commitment with latest news stories pulled in as “proof points” of these commitments in action. The commitments are laid out with the following blocks.
Name of the commitment: H2 Heading block
Short additional phrase: paragraph block in italics
Description of commitment: paragraph block
Recent stories headline: Section heading with link block
News stories for that commitment: Latest posts block
For stories to be appear on this page, they need to be created as a post with a featured photo, and they need to tagged with the category name that corresponds to the name of the particular commitment.

This element uses the cover block with a quote block on top of it. These are meant to add a human element to the site by showing WashU leaders speaking about their commitment to St. Louis and the region.
